Les conditions de travail impactent directement le climat social de l\u2019entreprise, mais aussi la productivit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s. Car qui dit am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail, dit respect des r\u00e9glementations en vigueur, politique de pr\u00e9vention, mais aussi volont\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9lioration. Exemple : Ses conditions de travail sont id\u00e9ales gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un am\u00e9nagement de son temps de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A travers ce sch\u00e9ma, nous avons reconstruit toutes les composantes des conditions de travail. Ils nous semble indispensable que celui-ci soit pris dans son ensemble. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;expression \u00ab\u00a0conditions de travail\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9signe un ensemble de param\u00e8tres qui influe sur le travail. Il s&rsquo;agit des conditions dans lesquelles le travail peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9. Ses param\u00e8tres sont nombreux.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les conditions de travail sont l&rsquo;objet de l&rsquo;attention particuli\u00e8re des ergonomes, qui les analysent et \u00e9ventuellement cherchent \u00e0 trouver des moyens de les am\u00e9liorer ou, au moins, d&rsquo;en r\u00e9duire les effets n\u00e9gatifs,<br>des inspecteurs du travail charg\u00e9s de contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;application du droit du travail dans ce domaine, et des m\u00e9decins du travail charg\u00e9s d&rsquo;un contr\u00f4le p\u00e9riodique de la sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut regrouper ces diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres agissant sur la r\u00e9alisation du travail en quatre cat\u00e9gories :<br>les facteurs physiques et environnementaux, les facteurs organisationnels, les facteurs sociaux et les facteurs psychologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les facteurs physiques et environnementaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019implantation et de la conception du poste de travail, ainsi que son environnement physique et technique comme les probl\u00e9matiques autour du travail sur \u00e9cran, de la climatisation, du niveau sonore et de<br>l\u2019espace attribu\u00e9 qui peuvent avoir des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives sur le salari\u00e9 et donc sur sa productivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les facteurs organisationnels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ils concernent les r\u00e8gles relatives \u00e0 l\u2019organisation et \u00e0 la gestion de l\u2019entreprise : l\u2019adaptation des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs postes, les consignes et r\u00e8glements, la charge de travail\u2026 qui peuvent devenir des contraintes trop<br>pesantes et stressantes pour le salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les facteurs sociaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les facteurs sociaux d\u00e9pendent des relations de travail, souvent conditionn\u00e9es par le style de management et la qualit\u00e9 de la communication interne : management autoritaire, absence de dialogue social, faible r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, manque de reconnaissance du travail et conflits\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les facteurs psychologiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils r\u00e9sultent des situations professionnelles qui engendrent des r\u00e9percussions sur la sant\u00e9 psychologique des salari\u00e9s : souffrance au travail, stress, \u00e9puisement professionnel, difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 concilier vie professionnelle et personnelle\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La combinaison de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9termine les conditions de travail.
