Chacune se d\u00e9cline en une partie\u00a0<strong>informative<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>formative<\/strong>\u00a0(QCM) et\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9flexive<\/strong>\u00a0(\u00e9valuation par les pairs, auto-\u00e9valuation et forum) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Module 1&nbsp;<\/strong>: Comment le travail est devenu invisible<\/li><li><strong>Module 2<\/strong>&nbsp;: Comprendre le travail r\u00e9el de vos collaborateurs<\/li><li><strong>Module 3<\/strong>&nbsp;: Cr\u00e9er un environnement favorable au travail bien fait<\/li><li><strong>Module 4<\/strong>&nbsp;: Le manager au plus pr\u00e8s du travail<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Pr\u00e9vention primaire : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>la pr\u00e9vention primaire (actions concr\u00e8tes mises en \u0153uvre dans les entreprises pour lutter contre les risques professionnels) doit \u00ab\u00a0s&rsquo;attaquer en amont aux causes profondes des risques (professionnels) avant qu&rsquo;ils ne produisent leurs effets\u00a0\u00bb, \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0centr\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du travail pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 et lutter contre la d\u00e9sinsertion professionnelle\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est un \u00ab\u00a0investissement aux effets durables, qui contribue \u00e0 la performance individuelle et collective\u00a0\u00bb, souligne l&rsquo;ANI du 10 d\u00e9cembre 2020 en pr\u00e9ambule. Le document unique d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques professionnels (DUERP) reste l&rsquo;outil essentiel d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques professionnels et de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des expositions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9parer la n\u00e9gociation de la QVCT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>QVCT : la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail (QVT), pour laquelle un ANI a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 en 2013, devient la Qualit\u00e9 de vie et des conditions de travail (QVCT), faisant partie des th\u00e9matiques de n\u00e9gociations obligatoires pr\u00e9vues par le code du travail. Ses objectifs doivent porter sur l&rsquo;articulation des sph\u00e8res de vie, les conditions d&rsquo;exercice du travail (management, moyens, relations interpersonnelles et collectifs du travail), l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 et le sens du travail, ses transformations rapides, la conduite du changement, la mobilisation de modalit\u00e9s d&rsquo;organisation du travail tel que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, ainsi que l&rsquo;expression des salari\u00e9s et leur participation dans le champ de la sant\u00e9 au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette formation, vous permet d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un \u00e9tat des lieux dans vos services. Celui-ci vous permettra d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer votre management, contribuer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des RPS, et de remettre l&rsquo;humain au cours de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9.
