L&rsquo;ergonome doit s&rsquo;appuyer sur ces facettes et les confronter au travail r\u00e9el pour avoir des \u00e9clairages pertinents sur les probl\u00e8mes pos\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Les processus techniques<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit l\u00e0 des points de vue qui se centrent sur les flux et les \u00e9tapes de transformation d&rsquo;un produit ou d&rsquo;une information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Les outils et les moyens de communication<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une analyse des moyens \u00e0 la disposition des salari\u00e9s pour obtenir ou recevoir des informations et agir sur le processus permet de mieux pr\u00e9parer certaines investigations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Les relations entre les variables d&rsquo;un dispositif<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;explication avec l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur ou l&rsquo;encadrement, il est possible que ressortent diff\u00e9rentes variables relatives aux r\u00e9glages ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du dispositif technique (qualit\u00e9, etc \u2026). Il est alors possible de les mettre en relation les uns avec les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Les proc\u00e9dures<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le s\u00e9quences d&rsquo;un\u00a0processus\u00a0tel qu&rsquo;il est pr\u00e9vu ne correspond que tr\u00e8s rarement \u00e0 celui des op\u00e9rations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Les d\u00e9pendances et les but\u00e9es temporelles<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;activit\u00e9\u00a0de travail peut s&rsquo;inscrire dans un cadre temporel plus ou moins structur\u00e9 par le processus, par l&rsquo;avanc\u00e9e du travail d&rsquo;autres salari\u00e9s, ou par des \u00e9v\u00e9nements ext\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;L&rsquo;agencement du dispositif technique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien souvent, les plans initiaux d&rsquo;agencement de l&rsquo;entreprise ne sont plus \u00e0 jour. En effet, des implantations d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement post\u00e9rieures ont pu \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Le choix des situations \u00e0 analyser<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est plut\u00f4t compliqu\u00e9 d&rsquo;extraire une maxime ou une norme dans le choix que l&rsquo;ergonome fera des situations \u00e0 analyser. Les crit\u00e8res qu&rsquo;il utilisera se feront en fonction de la probl\u00e9matique et de la structure de l&rsquo;entreprise. Mais il peut s&rsquo;agir, par exemple, des situations&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>o\u00f9 les plaintes sont les plus nombreuses<\/li><li>o\u00f9 les cons\u00e9quences sont les plus graves<\/li><li>o\u00f9 la gamme des probl\u00e8mes est la plus large<\/li><li>jouant un r\u00f4le central dans le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/li><li>devant faire l&rsquo;objet de transformation \u00e0 plus ou moins long terme<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;L&rsquo;analyse par l&rsquo;activit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, chacun est tent\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement de relations de cause \u00e0 effet directes entre les conditions de travail et leurs cons\u00e9quences pour la sant\u00e9 ou l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9. Une situation bruyante rend sourd, les port de charges lourdes produisent des\u00a0troubles musculosquelettiques, un mauvais \u00e9clairage, une fatigue visuelle, etc. Malheureusement, une telle approche a d&rsquo;importantes limites\u00a0: une protection contre le bruit risque d&rsquo;interdire l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s de la machine, etc \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, cette approche n\u00e9glige le fait que ces relations passent n\u00e9cessairement par l&rsquo;entremise de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du salari\u00e9. En effet, celui-ci r\u00e9alise des compromis par rapport aux contraintes (il ne fait pas que les subir) pour atteindre les objectifs qui lui sont fix\u00e9s et pour limiter les g\u00eanes occasionn\u00e9es par la r\u00e9alisation des t\u00e2ches. C&rsquo;est pour cela que l&rsquo;ergonome se doit de centrer son analyse ergonomique du travail sur l&rsquo;activit\u00e9&nbsp;: c&rsquo;est dans et par l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur que se concr\u00e9tisent les effets des conditions de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00f4le, dans ce cadre, de l&rsquo;analyse de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas une\u00a0\u00e9valuation\u00a0(de la\u00a0charge de travail, par exemple) mais bien la description et l&rsquo;explication des m\u00e9canismes mis en jeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Les outils \u00e0 la disposition de l&rsquo;ergonome<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;L&rsquo;observation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;observation\u00a0est une des caract\u00e9ristiques de l&rsquo;Analyse ergonomique du travail par rapport \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes. Il s&rsquo;agit ici de se centrer sur le travail tel qu&rsquo;il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 alors que les autres approches s&rsquo;appuient sur des \u00ab\u00a0repr\u00e9sentations\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;observation peut \u00eatre men\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re ouverte ou en se focalisant sur le recueil de certaines cat\u00e9gories d&rsquo;informations avec des objectifs pr\u00e9cis (on appellera alors observation syst\u00e9matique).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Grandes cat\u00e9gories d&rsquo;observables<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les d\u00e9placements<\/li><li>La direction des regards<\/li><li>Les communications<\/li><li>Les postures<\/li><li>Les actions ou les prises d&rsquo;information<\/li><li>Les observables relatifs au syst\u00e8me technique et au contexte<\/li><li>Le collectif<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;&nbsp;Les techniques de relev\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe tout un ensemble de techniques pour effectuer des relev\u00e9s. Le choix est fait par l&rsquo;ergonome en fonction des contraintes et de la situation.
